Yes. When you sign up, you will be issued a dedicated suite/mailbox number that must be included on all addressed mail sent to you. If your mail or packages do not include the suite number, they are likely to be returned to sender by USPS or the carrier.

Mail forwarding is low-cost with inCitySpace. We use USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail to ship mail and packages worldwide. We charge the listed USPS postage fee + a minimal $5 mail handling fee. We can also ship via FedEx and UPS by request.

If you request mail to be sent via USPS Priority mail, UPS, or FedEx, you will receive a tracking number. If your mail is sent via First Class, you will not receive a tracking number, but you will be notified when it has been mailed.

Yes, simply email us and request us to add a personal name or business name to your account. There is an additional fee of $10/month per name or business name.

Absolutely, we can scan mail to your email whenever you need it. If you need mail scanned, simply check your mailbox online, then request the mail scan to email link. You will need your user email and suite/mailbox number to login to your online mailbox.

Our membership agreements are six months, and then month-to-month, or prepaid annually for a discount. You can choose which makes the most sense for you. Annual plans save you up to 30% and are prepaid for the entire year.

Yes. We must receive an email prior to pick-up with their name. They will be asked the suite/box number and must provide ID at the time of mail pick-up.

Yes. We have a physical office location in Seattle. We are not a PO Box facility. Our business street address is 5608 17th Avenue NW, Seattle, WA 98107. We have staff on-site daily to assist you and accept your mail and packages. We also have a location at 800 5th avenue in Seattle, but in-person mail pickup is not available at this site.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, we are open from 8 a.m. To 6 p.m. On Wednesdays, we close at 4:00 p.m. Mail pick-up is always scheduled by online appointment to ensure your mail is ready for you upon arrival. It's always best to email the ICS support team through the website for support related client matters. This way, we have your request in writing and can support you in the most efficient manner possible. Please make sure to schedule mail pick-up online before visiting our location for mail pick-up.

We have two locations in Seattle, WA. 5608 17th avenue NW, Seattle, WA 98107 and 800 5th Avenue, Seattle, WA 98104. When you sign up with ICS, we also provide you a dedicated suite number which is instantly issued to you once you sign up online. All mail is transferred from our 800 5th Avenue location to 5608 17th Avenue NW, where it is then processed for mail forwarding, scan to email, or pick-up.

Your mailing address service is set-up instantly when you sign up online. As soon as you sign up, you'll be able to start using your new Seattle mailing address for all your business and/or personal needs. You can use our address for all personal mail matters, your website, business cards, and much more. Once you have uploaded your ID's online and we confirm your identity, you are issued a suite/mailbox number to begin using immediately.

When you sign up for our registered agent service, ics virtual office llc is your dedicated registered agent in the State of Washington. When you set-up your LLC or corporation, you use ICS Virtual Office LLC as your registered agent entity. The registered agent address for ICS is 5608 17th Avenue NW, Seattle, WA 98107, with your suite number. Phone number is 888-705-4005. Email is info@incityspace.com. You must sign up for our registered agent service online in order to list ICS Virtual Office LLC as your registered agent.

When you cancel your service with ICS, it is important you change your mailing address with the post office, and Department of Licensing if you you are a business. All mail is returned to sender 30 days following cancellation.

PO Box services do not sign for and accept packages, and do not have a professional business location. ICS provides a real street address and has staff on-site to sign for and accepts all mail and package types for you.

Meeting rooms may easily be booked online in our members' portal. Meeting rooms are billed by the hour. Members can reserve conference/meeting room space for $50 per hour. Non-members can reserve space for $100 per hour. Certain annual memberships include an allotted amount of free conference room or meeting room usage. Meeting rooms and coworking space is available at no additional cost for coworking and office share clients, as well as for dedicated private office tenants.
